George Terrone is the President of ITS. His 31 year career has included over twenty-three years experience in customer service occupations and fifteen years in the management of advanced, client-server computing environments. In his previous position as Vice President of Technical Services for Medaphis/BSG Corporation, he led a team of computer professionals whose technical talents and services included systems and network engineering and administration. George's well-rounded background includes technical positions at Sun Microsystems. Inc. and Applix, Inc., as well as several success stories managing and growing small businesses and many years spent working as a hand's-on systems and network engineer.

Alan Williams is the Vice-President of Sales and the "coach" of our networking solutions group. Alan also participates in strategic planning, new business opportunities and management of our key customer accounts. His 24 year career includes over fifteen years experience managing people and business units in the delivery of products and services and eleven years experience providing enterprise network services in diverse environments. Alan has been Manager of Network Services for Medaphis/BSG Corporation of Cary, NC and First Data Corporation of Charlotte, NC.

Tim Ellison is a Principal IT Consultant. With extensive experience at The University of Tennessee Medical Center, American Express, First Data Corporation and BSG, Tim brings an extensive knowledge of heterogeneous networked information systems to his senior technical role at ITS. It was while attending graduate school at UT that Tim was first exposed to networked information systems. In the seventeen years following that event, he has worked with every major system/OS platform, including IBM, DEC, Intel (Windows and NetWare), UNIX, Linux, Apple/Macintosh and various proprietary systems. We are very fortunate to have at our disposal Tim's broad range of experience and skill sets. Some of these include network and system administration, client/server application development and management, large scale local and wide area network engineering, network and system security, strategic IS planning, and problem analysis/resolution.

Greg Wassil is a Principal IT Consultant. With experience in both network and systems engineering for 3M, First Data Corporation and BSG, Inc., Greg brings a particularly broad and deep skill set to his senior technical position at ITS. As a systems engineer, he has managed heterogeneous computing environments consisting of X, Microsoft, Macintosh, Novell, and UNIX based systems. In addition, as a network engineer, Greg has developed extensive expertise in the design, deployment and support of multi-vendor, multi-protocol LANs/WANs, security/encryption services and network management platforms. His recent focus on the integration of emerging technologies has included practical business implementations of Multi-Layer switched networks, Wireless, ISDN, Broadband, VPN, Frame-Relay and ATM. Greg's ability to work with customers, understand their needs and architect appropriate network and systems solutions is second to none.
