Mike Savino

CEO & CFO

Mike is our CEO and CFO, and an influential leader who leverages expertise in managing and developing high-performing individuals and teams to drive exponential organizational results. His focus is always on the outcomes that matter most to our clients: financial stability, revenue growth, and operational excellence.

Mike is a true servant-leader. He enables teams of diverse professionals to achieve goals they thought were out of reach, and is known for his ability to take on the most difficult challenges of any business. At ITSco, he thrives on mentoring our engineers and maximizing the potential of every individual on the team — a posture that translates directly into better outcomes for our customers.

Mike’s track record speaks for itself. In prior leadership roles, he engineered headcount reductions of 50% through process automation and systems re-engineering — yielding annual cost savings of more than $3 million — and oversaw 400% revenue growth ($4M to $20M) in 48 months. He brings that same operational discipline and ROI focus to every engagement at ITSco.

Founder

To put it simply, ITSco was George’s brainchild . Back in 1996, George decided he had had enough of big-company politics and hypocrisy and that he wanted to do what he loved (IT Services) for a company whose core principles included honesty, integrity, transparency, personal responsibility, and technical excellence. And he felt that the best way to do that was to build it himself. So, he gathered the best engineers he knew, who also shared his vision (including his business partner to this day, Greg Wassil), garnered the support of some angel investors (to whom we are forever grateful) … and ITSco was born.

Greg is our CTO, one of ITSco’s founders, and a cornerstone of our long-term success . His incredible work ethic and dedication to excellence continues to set the bar for our engineering team, and his total commitment to the success of our customers is evident in everything he does.

Greg’s role as our CTO is only one of the many hats he has worn successfully over the years. But whatever the challenge, Greg’s methodical approach to operational excellence and his long track-record of successful projects always inspires confidence among his teammates and his customers.

Whether acting as a technical lead, a mentor, a project manager or a customer advocate, Greg always brings his A-game, and always gets the job done. He is a true MVP.
